naukri does have such a service, though I wouldn't recommend it. They don't really get you good companies through this for that matter. At the end of the day it is your resume. My suggestion would be to work on your resume, since a good resume grabs attention. Most consultancies pick resumes from naukri and then hook you up with a company.
This has nothing to do with Naukri.com. In general, if someone says guarantee interview calls then its hard to believe. Agency may charge 2000 Rs. for 5 interviews and pay the person interviewing 200 Rs. per interview then they are making Rs1000 profit per candidate. With Naukri, you can have your resume prepared if you are having 5 + exp. I heard they have a service where they email your resume to many agencies for a charge.
I just got the paid services few days ago. It's very hard to get in contact with RM, since their lines seems to be always flooded. It connected me to the Customer Care, and I'm looking to get things sorted. I have lot of career gap, and i paid to get this fast forward service from Naukri hoping to get interview calls, which i am not getting otherwise.

It did not helped me 2 years back. I got resume created by them (which was fancy and tabular format which is not readable by online systems, so changed it few months back to normal format), SMS update which sent SMS when new relevant job was posted. They also automatically updated profile, so profile was shown as recently updated.
But I did not receive any interview calls 😀

Feeling the same here... It has been 4 days i took the paid service, and i haven't received a single call till now. They are too fast on calls, and they set your profile mostly by their choice. I will still keep my fingers crossed.
