first tell ur dear Beam to match it and then start howling from ur rooftop about how great it is.
I haven't had a downtime since two months. .talk abt quality. (But i agree . .Beam CC is shit. .but beam people told me they will change their customer care executives once their present contract is up)
Also beam has speed on demand . .parental control ..vacation disconnection . .

Airtel should watch Rocket Singh THE SALESMAN OF THE YEAR movie to understand that if they give good packages at cheap rates their sales will increase automatically rather than spending thousands on sales executives to fool customers. For example they have the ability to provide 1.5mbps at 700 or so but they just wont do it because of mentality of the Airtel Package setters who thinks 4-5GB usage per month is more than enough :mad-tongue:
Umm how can airtel sell someone's salary 😛 , anyway maybe they should strengthen thr basics first like a good billing software , good trainers for CCE > good listeners too :sinister:
