Changing Plan in BSNL

Hi All.

Currently I'm on BSNL UL 499 and I want to switch to BSNL FN 500. Is it possible to switch via Project Udaan ?? One More Question Is it okay to do so on these days likewise 17th-18th of month ?? Means will they then count my data usage of earlier days of this month ?? Or I should try near end of month.

Your Day quota will be reduced. say 1536MB x 10/30 = 500 MB only. U/L earlier under old plan will not be charged.
