Anyone been there? We are planning to go there by road. How is the route? How is the place? Any feedback would be appreciated!
 
1-2 months back the DLF mag had an article on their MD going to this place. Supposed to be a quiet, scenic place; away from the craziness of NCR. last I checked, the hotel rates were outta this world!Not aware of the route, but shouldnt be that bad..
 
^^ btw.. I am also planning to take a trip there in March. So would appreciate any inputs on the place/activities/Hotels etc (once your trip is over..)
 
I haven't been there myself but heard that it is quiet place, compared to other hill stations. It is more of a military cantonment with very few 'tourist places'.I always wanted to go there, but somehow things didn't work out. You go to the hills to take some time off from the hustle and bustle of the city but most of the popular hill stations have become more of a joke now. Jidhar dekho udhar logg, logg hi logg. Banda jaye to kahan jayee??

I learnt earlier today that one of my colleagues went there earlier this month. Will try to get some details tomorrow. Only thing I know for a fact is he liked the drive as the roads are apparently good

This place is shown quite often on Travel XP. It looked awesome on TV. So well, it has to be lot better on visiting. I too have this place in mind....can be visited when we have to take the Mandatory leave from office!
 
program delayed by another week. looks like there is not going to be any possibility of seeing snow. 🙁 still looking for any details from someone who has been there!
 
Wud be a difficult task to find someone who has been there! I suggest u shud go there & be the 1 telling us about the place! 😀
 
i am not really a good person to post a travelogue. i tend to laze around when i travel around. not much interest in taking photos even these days.
 
Same here! I too m more of a lazy kind off guy. When i go to places, i prefer to spend time having rest at the accomodation, or if the place is scenic, then may be admiring the surroundings. I too hate it if the other people pull me out to go for sight seeing! But yes, i tend to take quite some snaps for memories.
