I will have Tikona installed at my home probably this evening. It will be a LAN connection. I need to have WiFi too so as to be able to use with my mobile phone (mainly Whatsapp). I know the simple solution is to buy a WiFi router. But I have these questions.1. On scanning I can see that Tikona WiFi signal is already available at my home. Can I just use it with my username and password? Will it work?2. Is the phone seeing a WiFi network because of a neighbour's router and therefore it will work if his router is not secure but use up his data plan? I do not want to steal from him.3. Can I use a WiFi router like Buffalo N150 WCR GN Broadband WIFI Router & Access Point or Asus RT-N10 EZ N with the Tikona LAN input to provide a LAN connection to my desktop and WiFi for my mobile phone and a laptop?4. As I understand, normally one needs to login to Tikona network from the LAN connected device. In this case my desktop. If I need to finally use a WiFi router, will I be able to use WiFi from my mobile phone without having to login from the desktop? In other words, can I just turn on the router and use WiFi from my mobile without switching on the desktop?

No. I tried doing the same, but it does not work.

If you see a Wifi network named Tikona 1800...., then it is not your neighbor's but Tikona's. It shows that Tikona network is available in your location.

3. Can I use a WiFi router like Buffalo N150 WCR GN Broadband WIFI Router & Access Point or Asus RT-N10 EZ N with the Tikona LAN input to provide a LAN connection to my desktop and WiFi for my mobile phone and a laptop?

You can use any Wifi Router. Plug in Tikona's LAN cable into the In-port of your router. Plug in your desktop to the router using a RJ45 cable.

4. As I understand, normally one needs to login to Tikona network from the LAN connected device. In this case my desktop. In other words, can I just turn on the router and use WiFi from my mobile without switching on the desktop?

You need not even turn on your desktop to be able to login using your Wifi for mobile/laptop. Just go to https://login.tikona.in from your device and login using your Tikona id/pwd and start surfing.
