You tube beta player is not working in nokia 5235

For the past week my you tube flash beta player has been working on and off and on friday 13 it stopped completely. I am using a Nokia 5235 mobile phone for the past 1 and half year and had no problem and this suddenly started. I have installed netqin anti virus and stuff. Also as of dec there was a software update so i upgraded that and the phone worked fine till last jan. The nokia customer care have not been answering my emails i even posted complaints in the nokia store. How can i restore the you tube beta player
