Whats the privacy policy of Act BB. DO they track , monitor or maintain records of what the users have downloaded or uploaded .??

So, Privacy of an user is at risk.. I am asking if they collect info of what we browse or download.. For Example , Lots of PPL use torrents and direct download sites.. and Most of the files are copyright info.. Now, if downloading copyright stuff is illegal then How in the world does anyone finish 75GB. Just Youtube and Games 😛

If you want to have absolute privacy on the Internet and be allowed to more or less legally do stuff like mass encryption, VOIP and piracy (or at least be in a place where such crimes are not *really* enforced) then you'll have to move out of India. If I can figure out which country fits those criteria, I'll let you know.

Torrents-n-all no problem... supposing we have a small website, will ALL the data that goes up and down get recorded by ISPs' like ACT?and once we send files(data) over to anyone, will the ISP be able to create any Ownership-related litigations'...?

Fortunately, that's not how it works. If anyone litigates, it's going to be the copyright owner, not the ISP.
Logs are maintained for several months as required by the DoT.
It's only illegal if you get caught, right? 😉

To hide your ass, use the service hide my ass on the internet 😉 it basically encrypts everything and your isp will not see anything other than the heavily encrypted data, I guess. But then due to encryption overheads, it eats away the speed.
