Well, while browsing Beetel webpage I am able to find only one 3G modem i.e. Beetel G31. In the brochure, there is nothing mentioned about calling capabilities. Are you sure your modem supports calling/video calling?

yes it say it ok i have betelmf190 hsupa data dard and in in hep page it say that u will ask vido call and voice call

Seems that this is a rebranded ZTE MF190. Try installing this Connection Manager (download 'ConnectionManagerWin):
