Can you post SS of msconfig startup tab??

most likely a badly uninstalled program , try running cc cleaner to remove bad entries, if you have tune up utilities it has an program to remove broken or bad links to programs no longer on sys. a quick Google shoes no result on what this vsclr.exe is !

since it is calling the file from the temp folder... the problem should disappear after a reboot. no program should call a file from the temporary folder location for regular use!

clear your temp folder.use ccleaner.most probably a driver update file that is screwing up after download or a failed download.

Not just this, some other things were screwed in the computer I just noticed :fatigue:

Don't know what exactly happened, just restored the computer and shit looks gone.

Crap!! It's freaking back again.

i'd suggest a root scan with a good antivirus. restoring won't help if the system's root is affected.or back scan the important files & create a back up, do a fresh install of the OS.
