This has happened to me second time with Tata Sky. first time when i upgraded my account to HD+, i had to wait more than 3 days to get the connection installed at my place while i have paid all the money in advance. Now here since 3rd january, my connection is not working and till today 5th january late evening no one has turned up though i have called up the call-centre for atleast 10 times since then. Every time i have been given a new possible time of engineer visit but nothing has happened.Its ridiculuous. Do we have any remedy for such kind of services??? Can they be booked under Law.I live in Ahmedabad and my name is Manoj Sarin, if Tata Sky people are folowing these kinds of posts, i am having enough proof for their poorest kind of service.
