I think the only change has been the upgrade from a 800MHz to a 1GHz processor and an out of the box Gingerbread. They could have added some more features like a Secondary cam too. Basically disappointing.
It will be interesting to see which processor they are using. only clock speed is not an indicator of how good the processor is. earlier it was using a armv6 qualcomm msm7227T which is basically a 600 mhz processor but overclocked to 800 mhz, so performance wasn't much better than phones like LG Optimus One whereas Motorola Defy was using a Cortex A8 1 Ghz processor underclocked to 800 mhz so it could be easily clocked at 1Ghz. Even the 6000Rs. SamsungGalaxy Y uses a 832 Mhz processor.
Unfortunately, this particular Android offshoot is a bit of a stinker, saddled with a pitiful 3.65-inch 480 x 320 display that does the opposite of the usual, saturated OLED-impress, offering no other spec distraction from its lower pixel density.
Like its aforementioned cousins, the device runs a TouchWiz skin atop Android Gingerbread 2.3.6, powered by a single 1GHz processor that does an acceptable job moving things along without that essential dual-core briskness.
