I have already emailed customer support and they have not replied with a solution.

Iam not sure the problem is with Tata photon plus CDMA usb data card or Tata Indicom braodband ADSL wired internet.For photon they have 1800 no and you can connect to the tech stop very easily.Then they will walk you through to how to delete the old settings and create a new profile.photon speeds sucks but many time I have spoken to tech support for free and have obtained solution.no need to email and wait for an answer and keep writing here.
