Just found some news that IIPM was supposed to be closed in October 2015. (no idea if he actually closed it)

IIPM to shut down all campuses October onwards

I would rather concentrate on imparting education via a partner, while infrastructure and degrees can be dealt with by the institute concerned

In other words he says - since I can not give fake/unrecognized degrees anymore - I will ask others to give degrees on my behalf!

A message on the IIPM website said from 2015, it had entered into technical collaborations with various institutions in India and had stopped taking admissions
