Mid-Month FUP Reset on Beam Fiber Broadband

Can someone post in this thread when your monthly reset happens so that I can logout and login to have my speed reset.
 
Okay so I think I have rossed my FUP..but under the my account section there is no my package..could any1 tell me where that option is?

they removed this option(my package) for all
 
Its back now, at least for me. I think it was a temporary take down because it was displaying excessive FUP limits for everyone.
 

The FUP limit is showing as 30GB for me on my 10Mbps plan.
yes its 30GB for 10 mbpsplan

We're shifting home and this month i had my exams so dad removed net. iam using my friends 1mbps plan which has 20GB limit
