i have brought hathway stb 4months ago now i m facing the problem. it says inserted card is not a viewing card. can anybody plzzz help me what 2 do???

I got banned!
Take out the card. Plug off the STB. Wipe card of any dust. Wait for 2 mins. Re-insert. Plug-in the STB.
