Not sure if its the correct forum for it or not but just found a way to get GTA 3 for free (completely legit ie). Found it on TA forums here Touch Arcade - View Single Post - Grand Theft Auto 3 [Rockstar Games]
Just go to Free My Apps and follow the instructions. It'll install a provision file to check your device id. Thats exactly how beta apps work so nothing alarming here. After that you'll need to download about a dozen free apps to get enough credits for GTA3. Took me about an hour or so. Absolutely worth it!!
