Bad Experience from MyGrahak

Was thinking of buying a juicer but don't have time to take out juices there fore ordered some juices from this online website.mygrahak.com

Ordered 2 Cans each of 24 buks total was Rs 48 COD. The order I got was completely different and I was overcharged.


Now they will not send you the order immediately you will have to wait for a confirmation call from them for me it took I think 2 days after I had booked the order.

After I got a call from their rep. they said it will take another 2 days or more to deliver.

Finally some one came to deliver the order in next 2 days and in a normal polybag as far as I know polybags are banned in Delhi and should not be allowed in the 1st place. They can be finned for just that.

I was not there to receive the order and was received by someone else so they didn't knw what I had ordered and what they actually delivered and its not really easy to check prices on these Cans for someone who has no idea about it.

SO finally when I saw that what they had delivered me I was shocked as they had delivered tiny Juice Cans worth Rs 19 each instead of RS 24 and charged in the bill for the Rs 24 one.


so I had asked for a replacement after I called them up 2 days back they said they will do it in 48hrs and asked me to open a ticket which I have already done. They also said I am to get a call back but till now no call back have I gotten nor have they delivered the replacement.

Also I found their online chat to be useless as the chat reps just stop responding if you ask them to solve this...

Hello Anant,I am a regular customer of Mygrahak and happy to mention that i never faced any problem till now 🙂 . I am sorry for your case . I think Mygrahak is a good initiative in terms of groceries shopping which help you to save time and money as well. As you also know that mistakes are the human error so we should ignore such cases. I think this happened as u only ordered a single juice can. So stop being so lazy for such small things and get by yourself 😀

this amit kumar guy actually spammed on the delhi ncr forum! man, this guy is a freak.

Sad to hear about the problem. But I have a serious problem with these newbies on the web from Indian who have been spamming the world and using SEO next to their Indian names. No offense but these are just pure spammers and are in a way destroying names of established Indian webmasters. Seeing a lot of these freaks on Google Plus too since the start and not sure why the hell do they need to add the name SEO against their names. They are nothing more than n00bs who are spamming the web and degrading names of Indians with their half learned blackhat methods which hardly ever work. Not sure why these guys cannot keep their public names as Amit or Raj or Manoj or whatever instead of mentioning Amit SEO, Raj SEO etc. which only emphasizes on them being spammers and brings them down in Google's eyes.

heh. i block/report people with spammy profiles so that i do not see their bullshit in my search results. search for your city name and you would be overwhelmed with spammy real estate and other bullshit content on google plus. 🙂

I do not think I have anyone from my native city in my profile and lesser people from India too in Google+. But will surely check. Yes, there might be a lot of spammers from Guwahati (there are for sure from Delhi too which is my second city 😛 ). The reason I am saying is because the dynamic IPs I have been receiving from BSNL here in Guwahati seems to be listed in loads of blacklists all over the world including Drupal blacklist, Rediff blacklist, Cloudflare blacklist etc. And this has happened many times and not only once and so, many IPs or maybe most IPs from BSNL Guwahati must be in their blacklists. This has always been a bit surprising for me as the number of internet users in Guwahati would probably not be that high compared to metros etc. and so, the density of spammers might be more here. On a second thought, good pointer and a good reason to the question which I have been thinking for years as to why so many IPs from Guwahati are blacklisted in many websites. I personally have never done any online business in Guwahati and so, do not know the online situation here. So, maybe there are a lot of webmasters too through probably mostly spammers than actual webmasters. Interesting. Maybe there is an internet market in Guwahati which can be used up a few years down the line. However, I have a few websites for some of our offline family businesses etc. and all are ranking at top of Google as always but they do not get that many responses or contacts. So, not sure if the market is inside Guwahati or are they only outsourcing. Anyways interesting point and would need to research starting from Google+ itself. As a whole, I really hope that these n00bs take some proper jobs or build proper websites instead of trying shortcut of spamming and thereby deteriorating the names of genuine Indian web users and webmasters.

Yup. It is somewhat of a mess but some are genuine and some from websites such as Zeenews and TOI which are also fine. But I have never understood why these guys create local Assamese sites and that targeting small towns etc. I don't think the number of internet users in Assam is that massive and smaller cities would probably have even lesser number of users. So, what benefit do they derive from those local sites as I doubt there would be a lot of visitors there. I could have captured nearly every topic in Assam five years ago when I started as internet and websites were very nascent in those days and I never saw potential. But I am not sure it has improved a lot even now for which those guys make such a lot of sites for those topics. India as a whole is still OK but only Assam and that too specific places and topics for websites sound weird. Anyways would not hijack this thread like I did when I last came to IBF a few months ago. 😛
