Has MTNL started throttling ??

Hi friends,Last week my MTNL connection was down for some silly reason (as usual) ... After complaining the fault was resolved.However, since that day my download speed has reduced drastically ... Previously i used to get around 100Kbps on my 1 Mbps line & now a mere 30-35Kbps ...Kindly share your experiences if you are facing the same problem ... Regards,

They must have messed up your ADSL sync rates. File another complaint and they'll sort it out.

they are not smart enough to mess with the sync rates? they can mess with everything. the problem will be the time it will take for them to realize how to rectify that mess.
