I connected the device with STB using composite cables. As you can see in pics, TV Tuner contains female composite ports. So, One end of Composite Cables to STB and other end of the cable to USB TV Tuner.

But I would be purchasing mini USB - HDMI Cable soon to get much better PQ.

Oh cool... You can use it like a DVR then 🙂 But you can record only one(the currently running channel) isn't it?

Yes, It will record currently playing channel only. But I would re-confirm about this after practically checking it.
