crap hardware installed + overselling (on each node/hardware) = crappy connections/networks = slow speeds

why whats wrong? If companies can deliver 3-4Mbps on 3G.. why can't they provide 15-20Mbps on 4G?
Why not compare with India.. Because they buy in Dollars they can only get such speeds? are we paying in paisa here?

No dude, as per info received 28th will not be the launching date. Still Tower erection is in process. I guess it will be somewhere around end of 1st quarter 2012.
