https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iyt16efRrBoI am surprised no one has posted this already. The girl who started the dance was brave. Or maybe the camera did not show the entire picture. Cool stuff.
BTW, it was planned and permitted by Central Railways.23-year-old Shonan Kothari employed with a CSR consultancy in Mumbai came up with the idea of a flash mob. She shared the idea with many others. The group practiced together for a few weeks. They wanted to pay a tribute to the people who lost their lives in 26/11 terror attacks. The train services were also stopped for ten minutes at CST during the performance. This shows the real spirit of Mumbaikars. The girl with Pink Jacket is Shonam Kothari 🙂
Great to see this concept kick off in India. Brilliantly executed.Well, the joke is - " I hear someone tried to record the Flash Mob at CST on his iPhone. The video turned out to be blank." :-D
Don't think anyone except the dancers and the DMRC people will be knowing "when". After all the whole concept of flash mob is based on the element of surprise. The dancers will not disclose the day and time of the event. If they have already disclosed "Rajiv Chowk" as the next stop, then that is pretty lame in itself.
You will never see such thing in New Delhi Railway Station. Crowd there is too bad. They tried doing this on Janpath yesterday and failed.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sUidnBDmKuA
