BSNL Pune DNS Socket Error 11005 Again!

I m having problems loading websites
lots of sites started saying Server not Found
hit try again after waiting a little
sites load again fails to load later
its even happening with Google

Problem disappears at Day Time.
Problem actually starts after ~4pm (i think)
goes away at Day Time again
1st happened yesterday 28 Nov 2011 after ~5pm (confirmed)

(just so you know problem is not with my PC)

this is 2nd time i m having DNS issue with BSNL.
i had posted a thread b4 too when this issue 1st occurred. 2-3 months ago
 
Try google DNS and post the update.
 
Please give more details when you get this error.A screen shot may be uploaded.2.OS used. Modem/router details.Mode of connection "Bridged" or 'PPPoE' mode. A short system log extract from the modem/router may also help.when this happens.3.Google/ Yahoo search lists just four links ( yours two from this forum )for this error.I could not get details for DNS socket error11005 from even Microsoft KB sites. Feedback.
 
BSNL DNS is bit faster than Google DNS

Google does a bit of magic to hide the server which responds to your queries at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 by utilizing an unique anycast routing terminology. And, Google does have a DNS server located locally in India and the proof for it is attached below :

And ironically, BSNL's own DNS servers are 40ms away from me 😛
