Beam 24Hours
After a Two month Disconnection and After Trying "Reliance Broadband" Had called Beam 24Hours For Re-connection.
yesterday morning around 11:00am they raised a Ticket, When i was speaking with that Person at the call center He was only Repeating one thing Your problem would be solved in 24Hours! Again.. 24 Hours.. It will take 24 Hours!

My Friend was Already calling them " Beam 24hours " Instead of Beam Cable or Fiber. So Their 24Hours is passed, No call, No SMS and No Technician/Concerned person has contacted me has Turned up.

Now Even I have Decided to Call them Beam 24Hours.
I wanted to Get Rid of them but unfortunately 10mbps for Rs 1000. Can't Leave such Speeds!🙁
Even though Companies like YOU offer 10mbps their service is more worst than Beam no I have to die with it.:nightmare:
 
Firstly, you were being very very very very optimistic in expecting your issue to be resolved in 24 hours. Your mistake totally.Secondly, your friend couldn't have christened it better. . .Beam24Ghante ka Ghanta
 
optimistic? Earlier the Guys used to turn in less than 5Hours?

Lol, No Hindi. Do they call them "Bheem Fiyeeber Wire-aaa?" They call themselves in Very posh manner as Beam Fiber.. So Beam 24Hours Is the Suitable name for them. Not only me almost 5-6Members in my circle call them like that its just that now it has come out of mouth on the forum.
 
the guy advised me to do the same, He told it will be activated in 4 Working Hours if i pay at office.
 
i have paid 300 rupees after calculation of waivers and took the receipt. the receptionist told me that, connection will be active within one hour and told me to expect msg in that hour. i have left office at 3pm and walked down towards khairatabad to catch mmts train. immediately after getting into the train, i got payment confirmation msg. after 10 more minutes, got activation msg.
 
not in khairatabad. i have visited their office in banjara hills rd no.10. i walked back to khairatabad to go to home by mmts train.
 
The Banjara Hills office to MMT in Khairthabad should easily be 3kms! Some exercise that.Anyway, audioslave, the Srinigar Colony office is actually in Kamalapuri Colony. Its a tad inside and not on the main road.
 
Not all may be Knowing Kamalapuri colony so i mentioned Srinagar colony, Not coz i don't know the area or something. It's Opp to Green Bawarchi.
 
there is no bus in that route 🙂 even when going to banjara hills, one shall walk upto rto office which is almost nearer to taj deccan road. so i thought of walking for other part too.
