wifi to samsung wave533 through bsnl wa3002-g4, utstar modem

dear all,i'm searching for this info from very long time.i couldn't connect wifi to samsung wave533 through bsnl wa3002-g4 modem.i'm a student of life sciences background... even studying these all for my need.please give me a solution in detail friends

Connect in"PPPoE "Always On" mode
( userid/PW entered/stored in the modem WAN page)
Enable DHCP ( usually in LAN menu page )
Give a range say 192.168.1.3 to 192.168.1.10
SAVE REBOOT.
Confirm SSID as entered in wifi router appears in other Devices ( laptops/smartphones etc )
