SIFY IWAYS

THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT THE SERVICES WHICH YOU ARE PROVIDING AT YOUR IWAYS IS NOT ONLY INSUFFICIENT BUT ALSO SO TROUBLESOME. WHEN U GO IN ANY IWAYS U ALWAYS FIND THAT THE IWAYS IS FACING ONE OF PROBLEMS FROM PROBLEM BASKET IN TECHNICAL FIELD AND THE OWNER SAYS THAT IT IS FROM SIFY SIDE, WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING IN THIS MATTER AND USER BECOME VERY DISTURB FROM THIS OFTENLY OCCURRED KNOWN SITUATION.
AND WE CAN'T EXPECT THIS CARELESSNESS IN TECHNICAL SUPPORT OF UR OWN IWAYS FROM A VERY REPUTED COMPANY AS U ARE (SIFY ONLINE).
SO IT IS KINDLY REQUESTED U TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND MAKE US FREE OF SILLY TROUBLES WITH SUPPORT OF URSIKLLED ENGINEERS.
PROBLEMS:
1.THERE IS NO INTERFACE DRIVE SUPPORT.
2.FILES DELETED AFTER LOGGING OUT.
3.MS-WORD AND MS-EXCEL IS NOT AVAILABLE.
4.SLOW LAN NETWORK.
5.PRINTING PROBLEM
6.EVERY LOGIN TIME 1 RUPEES DEDUCTED FROM UR ACCOUNT.
7.FUN VIRUS
8.THERE IS NO BLUETOOTH DRIVE SUPPORT.
9.EXTRA MANY CHARGE.
10. AUTOMATIC DISCONNECTION AFTER 3 HOURS.
11. DISCONNECTION AFTER EVERY RECHARGING. (WHEN PIPELINE AMMOUNT ARE COME IN USE).

ALSO SO MANY PROBLEMS......

About number 7 I'm sure you don't mean they are giving you a fun virus. Perhaps you are referring to the popular 'Fun love' virus?

:huh: :angry: dude.. i dunno what you think this forum is all about but it is definitely not a place to complain to sify. iif you wanna complain to sify.. here's what you should do.. go to the sifybroadband section.. i think there is a section on links somewhere over there.. pick any of them and email them your rants.. what do you think we should do with your problems with iway!!?? and do not post in uppercase..

Very weird thread..... The title seemed to make sense, but the post did not...As far as #2 goes, if I am understanding it correctly, that's probably a good thing....I'd rather have the machine automatically delete my files, than have the next person there be able to access them....And yeah, send a complaint to Sify, and don't ever ever post something in all caps. :angry: It's just rude, and unpleasant to look at.

Was that English Language used in the post ????

Moreover, this is NOT sify's own forum. This forum is to goad them into taking action to improve their services, maintained by a former user of Sify BB.
