What happens if you don't recharge for Rs. 200 every 6 months?

Lifetime condition :Recharge with Rs.200 cumulative in 180 days to avoid disconnection.Prepaid services will be discoutinued if there is no usage i.e no voice calls (incoming or outgoing), SMS and data for any continued period of 60 days. No refund would be given for any unused talktime balance and validity of the card. Number will be unusable post disconnection.
 
I THINK BY CUMULATIVE what is meant here that a minimum recharge of Rs 200 should be done in a period of 6 months. It can be at one time or over 6 months period SO one can have do multiple recharges but total amount in 6 months should not be less than Rs. 200 irrespect of the balance you have.

I dont get it If I dont use it for a year and have 100 balance they dont deactivate or its still 90 days, 30 days up from the 60 earlier ???
