As this private forum is only open to the Applicants of hayai broadband, kindly post any progress/updates/communication WRT your Orders.My order no is 48 and the current status is showing as "Processing".
 
Hi,

1) My order number is 79 (Chembur Area)
2) Till yesterday it was showing as "order created" - meaning i am not in the lucky 10 to be showing "under process"
3) Today weirdly - my order page is MISSING from the hayai website - i can see 4 sections - view, address, edit, message (order tab is missing). When i am clicking on the link provided in the confirmation email - i get the message "You are not authorized to access this page"
 
just click on the order no "79" from your email, it will lead to your status page

Arey i did that !! ...

Method 1 - Click on the order number link - that took me to a page saying "You are not authorized to access this page"

Method 2 - Click on http://hayai.in/user it will take you to different tabs - if i am correct , till yesterday there were 5 tabs (view, edit, address, message, order) , right now there are only 4 (Order tab is missing)
 
yeah. i too checked just now. same error. in the afternoon it was working o.k. now we are unable to access it

Thanks for confirming my doubt - issue is at the server side and not at my PC

Mathew has access to this forum of course. He would probably end up checking this in a day or two. He was not well yesterday from what he posted on Twitter and he probably has meetings planned with investors this week i think.
 
Guess this will only break if MG replies on this forum or we get news of the first installation
 
#66 has been canceled and refunded because I have had confirmation that it cannot be provided at the location.
