bobbyyou got the info right may be. Owners will be Telugu only.Hotel chalukya and Hotel kanishka are there for more than 30-40 years. Mr kapoor may be Registrar only.when it comes to cable TV to homes this group is not as big as hathway or sumangali (Tammilnadu). Not a public listed listed company. But private business with a cable TV portofolio with some size and it looks like some what successful in Beam internet. since they are family managed ( unlike professional corporate mangers in Public listed company) always will be chaotic.

-Beam cable system Founded in 2004 was a normal cable waala company restricted to few areas. They became famous when they started providing 256kbps unlimited for Rs 600 that is when i bought this broadband connection.
the condition was better than it is now.
-They came in to picture when they revamped their tariff in 2010 with Airtel Fup plans. Beam was a hit then.. Beam was Somehow undertaken By ACT Company in 2010.
- Then the So called beggar company which had No money was Funded by ACT and they now Became Heroes.
- After Good Suggestions by Mgcarley on this forum to Beam.. I believe some one from the company took the suggestions in to Account and started providing speeds like 10mbps for Rs 1000.
- They pay Rs 6000 to a Technician who always work according to his wil and wish.
- Service has been a Concern right from Day1 of this ISP.
- They Do not Hijack or Fool Customer in Terms of Download Caps or Tariff Like Airtel.
- They are Very Famous For Taking money and not providing connections( Like we're Hearing ACT Broadband Cases now)
