This thread is to let people know how Airtel differentiate their existing customers with the new ones.
I bought a multi-connection from Airtel DTH HD for my second TV. To my surprise, they are giving 2 months of free viewing of Mega HD Pack to new customers including all HD channels, however, for existing customers like me (who is actually installing a multi-connection - after being an Airtel DTH customer for more than 2 years) will get one month of free viewing of my existing pack (Economy Sports) excluding HD channels.
Shame!!
Couple of years back, I read an interview of Sunil Bharti Mittal wherein he emphasized that they are different than other players and take care of their existing customers.
