Bonus for recharge before due date

Hi,I have Tata Sky d2h at home and as you may be aware, they have been running this ad for sometime now which says that they will pay Rs. 15 extra to your account if you recharge (with an amount more than Rs 300) before due date. I have been doing this for the last 4-5 months now. But I am not sure where the Rs 15 bonus is going. Whenever I check my account info using the remote there is always more money in my account than the regualar Rs 350 I pay for my package every month. So is it ok if I recharge with less money next month than my regular 350? I asked the shop-keeper who does this d2h recharge in my area, but he says I must pay the full amount for the package ie Rs 350 and not less. I called the Tata Sky helpline, but again there was this confusing reply. What do I do now? Tata Sky has no voucher system for recharge like Videocon d2h. Please help me. Thanks.

You can recharge from 200 and above, however to get the benefit of Rs15(once in 30 days) you have to recharge for 301 and above. If you now have accumulated balance then check your due date and recharge before due date.

So you are actually saying that the shopkeeper should be able to recharge my package with a minimum of Rs 200 (despite the fact that my actual package is worth Rs 350 per month)? But then this 200 rupees recharge will not last the whole month as well, am I right? I do recharge well before the due date to get that 15 rupee bonus each month for the last 4-5 months now. I will this 200 rupee recharge and see how long it lasts. If this option works then there is no need for me to pay extra every month unnecessarily. Thanks.

You got me correct only half, the daily rent for your a/c is 11.67 so typically 200 recharge will last for 17 days. Hope if am clear this time.

Yes, I know what you mean. I just wanted to know whether one can recharge with an amount less than the regular monthly package cost, which in my case happens to be 350 rupees. And yes, I know that by paying only 200 rupees only I am not going to be able to watch for the whole month ie 30 days or so. Thanks.
