.org websites not getting

there is a strange problem appears to me. in our school govt. provide us bsnl broadband connection. the problem is that we are unable to load any websites which are ending with .org example is wikipedia.org and a lot. we tried many websites. we changed the modem. changed the os windows and linux. we called the bsnl,,,NONE WORKED. many websites related to education is ending with .org.has anybody faced such problem??? this is my last option please help.

What is the Firewall/antispy applications in use./
TRY Opera Turbo.
try this test ;
open tinyurl.com type any web site name with *.org
retype in address bar.

Also check in
IsUp.Me -> Check if your website is down or up?
 
Install Opera browser, enable Turbo mode in it and check.
 
Try the following DNS and check208.67.222.222208.67.220.220or8.8.8.88.8.4.4
 
I think this is a malware or DNS issue Switchinf to OpenDNS or Google DNS might solve the problem.If not try malware, spyware, adware scanner/remover.
