Disgusting service of beam.

I have raised a ticket on 29th September, regarding relocation of my internet connection from miyapur to bhel township. I have been promised a callback within 24 hrs regarding feasibility. No one called me even after 24 hours. Waited for couple of days and called them again. They simply
gave new ticket instead of updating the old ticket. This was happened like a daily drama. There has been no response for the past 29days(from the date of raising request) instead, customer care executives raised multiple tickets(313****,313****,313****,315****,318****,320****) which were useless. So, when will i get the connection?After facing so much mental agony, This had forced me to buy some other internet device
which cost me Rs.4000. What shall i do now? Shall i proceed for registering a case in the consumer court against this ISP? I have one more question. How can they send me a bill without shifting connection to my new premises? This is very much disgusting. :quiet:
 
Welcome to beam bro! They spend money on procuring good designers but dont spend the same on customer care! They have exactly one response to all our questions.."Just give us ****ing 24 hours" and they give out complaints with numbers thaT DONT make sense
 
after shouting on them with new ticket in their portal, they just called me within 1 hour to say that there is no feasibility in my area. It took a month to tell me about this issue. After a day, their executive visited my place and told me that they will give connection today if permitted for installing the BONT in my premises. They fixed some box. All this thing happened two days ago. But again called me to tell about shortage of CAT5 to pull it up to my home. They proved themselves again. they simply postponed it for two more days.:Kill:
 
I have got the same Opinions. This Beam Sucks at Everything Except Tariff. I see Beam Guys Roaming on A bike with a guy Driving a Bike and another Holding a Splicer Minimum 4 times a day! Therefore we can Guess how good is their so called Fiber Cabling.They Surely Need A life.. Can't Seriously Live with it as of now!
 
I am still unable to use the connection from the date of request for shifting(40 days). They just sent me an sms saying to pay bill due or else they are going to disconnect my internet connection which does not exist :shock: This really sucks. They keep postpone the issue for every two days. how many more two days interval required :dry:

May be you should check the New Airtel Plans. I have lost all Hopes in Beam. Stability of the connection NIL :closedeyes:

No. i would not remove beam coz its providing me internet through local cablewallah and even though i get 24hour online client , my connection is super stable. just half day downtime yesterday in 3 months.And when i called CC they said that am 20 days behind for paying this months bill and said that they'll be restoring my coonection .and they indeed restored my connection after 10 mins. And best part is Am not FUP'ed even ONCE! this month usage is close to 200GB for me.

But some 2 weeks back , beam guys came to my hous and told that they're buying my cablewallah and took application and said that they'll provide the Official beam login page instead of 24hour online client. If service is shit ..then i may change to airtel

IT means they're gettting soo many new connections everyday.
 
I have Been Complaining About Beam Broadband From Day1 on this forum, It Surely Excites with the speed and Disappoints me with the Service/Downtimes. Although, they attend complaints within 24hours in my case the Downtime per month is more than 96Hours.. that Really disappoints me.
 
errm. hayai has not even started serving customers. i was talking more about airtel. they lost their mojo the day they introduced FUP.

Wanna Hear the Truth? Sales Have Dropped from past 2 months Due to F***d up Service. they are trying their best to Stop the Complaints which appear in the newspaper columns. I think they are hugely paying these Newspaper Guys for not posting complaints or Probably these Newspaper Guys are getting beam internet for free.

Roaming on the bike according to me is.. like.. There is a Fiber cut everyday somewhere or the other lane in my area.
