Hello everyone,Airtel is one of the reputed brands, but these days they are really rubbish. I had opted for MNP approx. 6 months back. then, they gave me a special offer of A2A 10p/min, other mobiles 30p/min for the duration of 6months, daily rental 1Re. Now, that offer has expired without any notification and they are charging exorbitantly for all my calls now. All these days when ever i had called for Airtel Complaint cell at 198, i was unable to contact them, it seems that they are blocking my number. Very recently Airtel Debited 40Rs twice for a service which i had not opted. they indiscriminately activate expensive services without my authorization and charge me badly. When ever i call the nodal officer, he is also not picking my calls. i have wasted a lot of money, energy and more ever my precious time is this complete process. Airtel is stupid, really hopeless and my entire family is moving out of aitel for these problems and they seem to be no caring about the customers. if any one does a reality check, only airtel plans are very expensive in market compared to other players, then why do we still are in airtel apply for MNP aand move out !
