+1 that. the prices should be all inclusive, so that the customers know exactly how much they'll be paying.

OK I created an account with sanke4 as username.
I wanted to take Flat Rate transitional 20 Mbps copper plan but it won't let me do a check-out
When I log in, it says access denied. You are not authorised to access this page. LOL

After such a long wait.. hayai is finally launched.. but the site, currently as it is, has a lot of scope for improvement.

Yay! So, it seems Hayai is finally launched. The website is simple Drupal installation with three banners linking to respective pages and is quite basic as of now. That would probably be improved in the next few days. Ubercart has also been added from what I could see and so, the purchase feature might be enabled very soon. A lot of work needs to be done in terms of the website but good choice of CMS in Drupal and I personally love it due to it's SEO and flexibility. Even today, I was building one of my new websites using Drupal and it is a very good choice and better than the Joomla CMS used by MTNL Mumbai. One thing that I noticed which might confuse new users is "Infrastructure Cost: Rs499 per 30 days" being mentioned which is fine but it is not mentioned that it is included in the Plan price. Maybe that needs to be clarified or people might think that the base 20 Mbps flatrate plan costs Rs.1813 + Rs.499 + 10.3% service tax = Rs. 2550 whereas it is actually Rs.1999 everything included. The text and other basic things need to be rectified as well as the design but hope it would be done in the next few days. Congrats on the launch and hope that the Delhi launch would happen soon and if possible would be expanded to other cities such as Guwahati in the future.

the website is confusing enough to scare the shit out of people not known to hayai...my suggestion will be to use plain and simple tariff sheets like the pdf.
use a common form for subscription...

----------

and yes avoid red at all costs..it is an virtual eyesore..:anger3:

@ MG some errors in site please fix it.

1)T&C not opening
2)In url User account | Hayai cant see T&C also just i see "PLEASE READ CAREFULLY"

And this is just a suggestion. In home page where u can see "Residential" where pop down menu comes, that red color is not looking so good
