Airtel and Tatasky Dilemma

I read many threads. Googled around.Here is what I know so far.Tata Sky:- Excellent customer service, very few complaints- Quality of SQ & HD is Decent (does not use MPEG4)- BIG Problem - Transponder space (How on earth are they gonna add new channels? By removing older??)- True HD & Has 5.1- Bad, Higher cost than restAirtel:- Customer service not so great- Quality of SQ & HD is Really good (uses MPEG4)- Transponder space (Do they have such issues??)- True HD & Has 5.1- No ESPN / Star Cricket!Videcon:- I understand that they give max HD channels. But no 5.1 is a BIG no! So not even a choice.The transponder space issue is a big worry. Which makes me think of going Airtel way. But the airtel customer service scares me away. Everywhere I read, I read their customer service issues first. Am lost!
 
While adtv's cc can't match that of ts, I've had adtv for a long time now and its quite good except for the fact that number of HD channels is severely limited. Have you had a look at videocon d2h ?

As far as I know, Videocon does not have 5.1 surround sound...or am I wrong?

Thanks for the helpful response. Kinda reluctant to go for TS for its transponder space issue & it is expensive. I would require a second connection.
Is the cc of Airtel so bad, that I should not opt for it?

I have been looking at Videocon. I have read conflicting posts on its 5.1 availability. Today I went to chroma & they mentioned that D2H does *not* have surround.
What is the quality of channels in D2H like?
 
Airtel cc has been excellent here, however I can only speak for myself. I was just saying that ts cc is bet.ter What I rue is the lack of HDTV channels, what use is 5.1 channel sound when you don't have the damn channels. As far as d2h goes, jaymin has been successful in getting 5.1 sound, you can ask him about that.
 
I did read a few posts of his and he & a couple of others have mentioned they do have surround.While a lot others on other sites have mentioned not 🙂I am trying to get a decent demo, but it seems impossible! Either they have TV or they have 5.1 Speakers
