There are so much competition in the market. So, there is only option which they have is to cheat customers to sustain and increase sales .....
If you complain to officials regarding less speed as compare to committed speed, they will tell you that speed is provided to customers up to committed not fixed speed.

how much is it stable?
how is service?
how much fast do they act on registered complaint?

I have been hearing this thing from DAY 1, I have Never Heard about them providing more than 70% of the package speed.can they at least provide 2mbps unlimited at 849?
 
@sixfeetdownI'll ask one of my friends to send me a speedtest. He gets the entire 10 Mbps as promised.

speed is somewhat pretty impressive but idiots never replace creepy cable system which will give less ping time but after all better than BSNL.



Above result is not of You telecom but I get average 50ms to Mumbai server. This is result taken from Wimax connectivity.
 
Very stable internet connection so far touchwood .. only thing lacking bigtime is the speed .. but getting 12 mbps till 25gb and 1 mbps unlimited thereafter for rs 900/- for 1 month is very decent and economical .. I saw a plan some you transformer 1 in which people from hyderabad get 10mbps till 40 gb and then 2 mbps unlimited for 850/- lucky guys to say the least .. hope this plan is available soon in Mumbai too ...

True .. but I do get about 1mbps when my 25gb expires .. at times its dead slow .. but yes i never get 12mbps ever till 25gbs ... heck its not bad at 900/- Rs to be very honest ...
 
Here is what I get in 12Mbps plan https://www.speedtest.net The ping is excellent 🙂 But there are downtimes in connection. I wonder what speeds I will get after 25GB. Any ideas?

You will get about 1mbps after u use 25gbs .. so downloads at about 100 - 110 kbps ...
