Facing problem viewing star's asli hd channels on D2H

guys i m facing problem watiching star asli hd,the problem is whenever i tune any star channel i get to hear sound first n than video..they both are not running parallely.r any one facing same problem?wats the solution?
 
Yes, it happens many a time. Reset your STB and problem will be solved.
 
Yes, it happens. We have one thread where all have discussed having similar problem and solution is the one which I told you above.

I m facing this problem since long. And reseting too didnt help me. So i finally had to shake the D2h people awake, and today one of their senior called me up & discussed the exact issues. I told him in the end that he shud send an engineer in the weekend.So lets see how things go.
 
You did rite thing. How many times we will keep resetting our STB yaar.
