You forgot the major expenses ,

1. Hard disks, With every TB of increment in shared data, we will have to add that much of disk capacity in every city
2. Internet connection cost, with every single Mbps of increment in data upload rate, we will have to increase the capacity of every cloning link.

But yes , the tariff proposed by our host suits our needs.
OH! i thought your server and storage expenses are covered in the starting capital investment!!
Anyways all the best! :]

All the best. Hard disk price won't be a problem if you can manage to get some ads.I don't know why our IT companies are not concentrating on our domestic market. I think most desi websites are hosted in US based servers.

How are the clone servers in smaller cities connected to the main server ?

From what I am able to decipher thus far, is this... We have a server (talking in simple terms here :) ) to which people will logon via their uncapped ISP lines and download whatever data they need first to the server itself and later push it down to their own systems. The data which is downloaded to the server is then later cloned across remaining servers in the country so that more copies are available and also it will be quicker to grab locally cached content. Now say I want to download a certain file, can I do a search in the fibrenet itself ? Rather than getting the data again from offshore location I can just grab the file which someone else might have downloaded previously. Correct ? The material available will be only the one which Fibrenet users have downloaded so far and which they are willing to give public access to (sort of like sharing a folder for public access).
