Its not a copy, guy on right does not have mustache!

good god !!!! i hope they get hit a copyright and patent law suit soon !! Ubisoft Montreal has been denying the rights to AC series for ages to Hollywood and they have just entered into talks with one studio for AC and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series , they would not like this as would any Ezio , Altair fan. i had hoped to see Ezio on big screen but not on some crappy movie 😕

from what i read online this movie has already sold rights for release in USA. so a lawsuit can be filed easily.

yep the rights to AC and Splinter Cell series have been sold, the movies would be made under Ubisoft Montreal's supervision of script . so they movie stays to true to character . you see these series have a strong fan base and are ubisoft's flagship games , the character of Ezio, Altair and Sam Fisher already have a cult status , Ub Montreal is not going to take lightly to this.

The morons making this movie must be fined a bomb. How on earth did they think people would never find it out.

arey i just said above that this movie is set to release even in the US market 😀

Would have been different if they copied a Pixar Movie and released it in the U.S market. But Plagiarism is not new to Indian Cinema. Many Hindi movies are plagiarised as well.Hollywood Plagiarises as well, somehow they buy the rights or settle the issue.

things have changed a lot ever since american media companies have established offices in india. it becomes complicated for the indian movies because they end up getting released in the international markets and that's where they end up infringing on copyrights.

Yes but still it happens quite often. One Example is My Name is Khan which Fox Released in India. It was a liftoff from Rain Man and Forrest Gump.

South Indian movie deserves that :rose: even I think to learn their language for movies 🙁 🙂

Just an update on this.Looks like many have complained to ubisoft and ubisoft have promised to take legal action against the film according to their facebook page reply.
