I
wish I could hibernate till 2020.

100Mbps by 2020. My Arse! I will have my children till then.Dear Hayai, Please Help India Broadband Reach to the Next Level and Create Some Competition.

2 Mbps by 2015?? by then the world will be watching ultra high definition content @ 100Mbps !!!they had the right oppurtunity to bypass 512 this time and straight go for 2Mbps as min. definition of broadband. That would have donea hell lot for real broadband penetration.

Buddha Saala. Does he Have Brain When other countries are Enjoying 100Mbps now he wants to provide after 9 years?Nothing is going to happen With this Telecom policy.4mbps should be by next year and then by 2015 It should be 100mbps. What are these old persons smoking?

There was some speculation that roaming for voice would be done away with. Hope this happens for data as well

[/list]1. Good
2. Awesome
3. Your face. I think He needs to get a Visa to korea once!
4. control tariff hikes by operators.
5. okay!

I liked the pt.1 above regarding no national roaming incoming charges... that wud be awesome!

yeah. they need to kill the concept of roaming in the country. hopefully that would kill the obscene charges on data too on roaming.

:scared: There is already no roaming on data dude :mad-tongue:

what I meant was , when you take a pack like 4GB GPRS for rs.98 it does not apply to other circles except your home circle. Data is charged as 10P/10Kb for other circles (Vodafone). As far as I know only with BSNL the data pack that you take applies to all circles.

3G plans do not have roaming. i think this is more relevant to people than old edge plans.

If they want a telecom revolution- One India and one dial tone -one charge- no roaming on voice and data just in usa.

What do you mean by "one dial tone"? I never got dial tone in mobile anyway!

This is really disgusting. I was having similar pack in Reliance and free data usage was applicable to all over India.

They do have roaming , but condition is Data and other 3G services work on the same Operator only and No extra charge for 3G data roaming too.
