when are these coming here? I am still waiting on Tab 8.9) 7" do you have any ideas where I can buy this or 8.9 tab ?
 
they are on pre-order in the US market. so well... hard to say if it would even arrive in india.

it is priced at USD 1300 (63000 INR today) in USA. you would probably be looking at a price tag of around a lakh in India.

also If i buy independtly from a seller across the border, How do I handle customs and all ?
 
i really have no idea. i get a lot of stuff from USA but everything is carried over to india in opened form by friends. packaged goods is a totally different matter.

Use one of the courier forwarders. ICCWorld/Aramex Shop N Ship etc. They will handle the courier and customs for you.

ICC world has ties with best buy and mannu 15% wow thats a LOT....
 
there are services like aramax which would accept the delivery on your behalf on an american address and bring it to india and deliver it to your place for a fee plus taxes plus customs etc etc.
 
I am thinking of reaplcing use of my internet from my laptop to this Tab device of somekind, but problem with tab is &"whcih had calling feature is almost disappeared from market and 10" is hard to handle

I had talk with people yesterday they say Samsung Is going to launch new tabs in few days,But When I called Samsung India,They didnt tell any dates
Now we are stuck with either incovinience or with lowest model available in market..... huh!!

now I just learned that Samsung 10" has no MICRO SD slot along with NO fearture for calling as well.
