tough luck dog, it's gonna take a lot of trips to the office to get any result.. u can complaint all u want on the internet but i doubt its gonna have any effect.. tell your dad to visit the local exchange 🙄

Thanks hotindia but i forgot to tell in my post that my Dad is in Dehradun and i am in Australia. Do you know if i can complain about my Dehradun happenings. Also as ogtripleog suggested my dad have visited the exchange like more than 30 times as i know of between those times. As my dad do not know much he was being tricked that the modems were not available in fact they did after couple of weeks of applying when i was back here in Australia. If i know the phone numbers of any high authority i can call and tell about my situationDoes anyone knows a Director or chariman etc's Mobile or landline Number in Dehradun.

or try faxing prime minister Manmohan singh or APJ Abdul kalam or atleast Dayanidhi maran if ya know their fax numbers 😀

1 month and 7 days and still counting... Waiting for TriBand, Mumbai. I hate MTNL.
