New connection-too much waitin time

Hi all,I have recently come from abroad and have applied for new Landline+BB connection on 12th sept. Till date i have not got connection.I went to local telephone exchange 4 times but they just dont care. As my vacation will be over soon and i want this connection to be installed for my family before i leave, is there any CC mail Id or telephone no. that is working available with any one of u. as always numbers published on their are not working at all.thanksali
 
Book your new connection. for Broadband and new Telephone if needed.

A visit to the exchange may help. Don't got for the no.s in site, talk to the line man, ask him for the concerned person's no. of your broadband section exchange. But a visit in person and talking to the right person can really push things.
 
User has made 4 visits to Exchange. Probably No "pair" available for his locality.Udaan will speed up the process.or have a meeting with the top Engineer D.E usually on Wednesdays afternoons. confirm timings from CC ( Customer Care )
 
Yep. Need to meet the right person. If we just go and talk to someone at the table in exchange, they normally say, it will be done this week. Line man will be knowing the exact person in charge of broadband as he / she will be in touch with him often. Or simply talking to the SDE may help. If still no go escalate to higher authorities.
