MTNL 3G Speed in South Delhi

Hello guys,I was finally able to configure MTNL 3G on my MB860 after lot of pain (had to flash firmware back to stock cuz i accidentally chose USA band after fiddling a lot for getting 3G internet). Neways speeds that I am getting is 400 kbps (its Kilobits) download and 380 kbps upload. This doesnt feel like 3g to me by any standards. Is it same for everyone or I am the one lagging behind due to some setting problem.Following are my settings:In *#*#4636#*#* I chose Network: WCDMA, Also shows HSDPA somewhere there.Network name: mtnl (though cust care asked me to put Mtnl)APN: gprsppsdelServer: 172:16:31:10Port: 9201Username: mtnlPassword: mtnl123And bingo it shows icons like sometimes 3G, sometimes H and sometimes E.But the damn speed remains same.Any thoughts here???
 
Assuming you have the atrix, go to settings - wireless networks - mobile networks - access point names. Create new apn withApn - gprsppsdelEverything else should be blank and you need to get H constantly for good speeds
 
I get good speed on my MTNL 3GAPN: grpsppsdelmtnl and mtnl123 are login/passrest is blank...Right now I am getting 1.5mbps to download rascals movie
