guys i took the bsnl BB Home Combo ULD 900..i know that there is a 8gb download limit but what i wanna know is that if i watch stuffs online which will for instance be like 20gb sized stuffs then will my speed decrease to 256?
 
Yes, 8GB includes download, upload, browsing, video / audio streaming, voice / video chat.

Yes, by that way you can watch later too. Better use direct links as you can save the bandwidth on upload.
