Remedies for Falling and thin hairs???

Hi all, I have a fellow trader friend..... Whose hair are getting thin and falling quite a lot out of tensions he takes in his life all the times...... What can he do to stop falling hair and make them thick......???? 🙂
 
i can suggest one thing. change your work line. i have gained tons of white hair in the last 2 year. marriage does that to you.

Men suffer from alopicea more than women does.Basically because of their careless eating habits.Increase protein in your diet and make sure you don't face digestion related problems.
 
I am facing hair loss since I have started using Hair Gels. Also I have noticed that lack of exercise , sleep and acidity increases the hair loss.
 
dude. nothing kills them like marriage. and yes, hair gel is bad. i am currently using some medicinal hair oil. seems to have helped. there is a shampoo from johnson named Nizoral which is also supposed to do good.

Follow these points and you will never look back1. Eat healthy. Little portions every 2 hours. Gradually decreasing portion size towards night.2. Exercise. Must 1 hour everyday (Yoga, Weights, Cardio, Sex, Zumba, combination of all these)3. Grow Aloe Vera (The thorny plant) The pulp in the stem/leaves can directly be used on hair. see what you do here is, You choose an ISP first may it be Airtel, BSNl,MTNL or some big guy ok then you get two things 1] a laptop 2] a phone with a big touch screen now then since you havea internet connection and a outlet to use it you open up a website called then BAM!!!!!

then you search for term ....hey wait.... isnt this a tech forum.... when did we ....

yah its true... I had like some bunch of hair in my lee jeans too when I was like 20 and since then I am getting receding hair line...
