I had the original Omnia 7 phone. What a pain. It never updated to NoDo because of Samsung's crappy bootloader bug. Samsung asked me to ship it to their UK service centre and pay for all shipping charges. I had huge sadistic laugh when Apple sued their ass out of Germany and Australia and many countries to follow.

If price comes down to Rs 15K, I may consider it.Which would be better Samsung or HTC Android (like HTC Salsa) with similar spec or this Samsung Omina W at price range of 15K (if price is 15K).

+ I think WP7 supports Video calling unlike Android which doesn't supports Video calling on 3G (not sure if it does in ICS)

... Err looks like WP7 also doesn't supports Video call on 3G :(
Samsung I8350 Omnia W review: By the playbook - GSMArena.com
WP7 doesn't natively allow video calls but Samsung have found a workaround so videocalls are possible on this one. Also, the popular cross-platform app Tango has recently been made available for Windows Phone too.
