Feedback for Delhi MTNL website

We are students who are trying to do a project on improving websites for our course work.We need some user input/feedback from users of the MTNL delhi operating website(delhi.mtnl.net.in) Please give me some feedback in respect to the user Interface of the website:For example: 1) how do you find the look of the website?2) Do you understand or it is easy for you to navigate through the website?3) If you are a first time user looking for something specific is it easy for you to find it on the website?4) As you its a telecom website , What all would you expect the website to have or not have.Please do mention if anything else too Thank you

Website's look are very old and unfriendly.and It is very hard to find anything what we looking on mtnl website.It is nightmare for first time users, they cant find anything easily..if I can't find easily as I'm a very old customer then how can they. one more thing their sites are very very old and they update or adds new plan like a schoolboy editing and updating the site.infact their site looks like built up by some amateur web designer. MTNl mumbai's websites r far better than delhi.

MTNL 3G website is pretty cool..would be great if they add 3G recharges online too for Delhi as they did fr Mumbai..

it'll be really great if they enable online recharge facility just like other pvt. companies have.
