DSL Link Keeps on blinking

Hi....

I am having BSNL Connection, after just two days from activation, I am having problem with it. DSL Link keeps on blinking and I am not able to connect my internet while Landline Phone is working well. I visited the Exchange and they told me that internet is not working in whole area, I don't know what the problem is. It's not working since yesterday morning..

Please Give me suggestion, how i can rectify the problem

If not listed give details of modem /router.

Give a written application and get stamped receipt by CC in your copy.

I am having TYPE I ADSL2+ CPE/Router (this is not a wifi modem), What sort of fault can be there ?? Is there any problem in Modem ??P.S Error Code Shown By it is Error 651
 
Is there any fuzzy noise in the line. Dial 1 and check, if have any fault in line. Make sure there is a splitter before the phone and connections are proper with phone in phone line and modem in other.Self test: Remove all the connections [network/phone/pc all] just plug telephone incoming cable into modem/router directly without any splitter/box and turn on the modem switch. Watch for 5-10 minutes, check if the link get steady. If not, there is a fault at exchange. Nothing can be done at your end.

P.S Error Code Shown By it is Error 651
You are using wrong ID password error 651. ( probably using a "Dialer ")
