I just got a IGL connection. Due to this I no longer need my LPG cylinders. What do I do with them? Can I sell them? If yes, how much should I consider to be a fair selling price?
Why would you want to sell it? Unless of course you want to make some bucks. This will be bought by the black guys for around 2K. Anything more than that depends on your bargaining skills
O bhaaiya merey, bought the cylinders in black. Can't return to agency when I didn't buy it from them, can I?Samajhdar ko ishara Kafi hota hai....1000 rupees seems cheap a price to sell. Aren't cylinders costing 2500 rupees in 'market', right now?
If you bought them in black, get in touch with the guy you bought it from. They usually give a better rate. I was offered 2400 for a return from the same guy. I had paid 3200 to get one
if one takes a new pipe gas connection then the LPG cylinders have to be returned to the gas agency and it will be kept in their custody. the deposits u paid for LPG might be returned by them.this is as per new order of GOI in 2009. pls check the websites of the various LPG companies
well legally one cant keep two gas connections in his name or at the same address so if u have a legal LPG connection and subsequently u take a PNG connection u must surrender the LPG cylinders and get the connection terminated..ofcourse if cylinders are from the black market then they can be sold back into the black mkt.
